Five buildings blocks with a shared parking courtyard, terraced houses, semi-detached homes and detached houses form the heart of Goese Diep. Residential streets run between the plots, offering views on the harbour or the lake. Along the lake stand detached and semi-detached houses with spacious gardens and private moorings. On the southside, quay houses with private jetties line the harbour. Two building blocks containing apartment buildings with deck parking are situated on the westside of the area. They stand along the harbour, featuring a public quay and mooring facilities. Boats can easily reach Oosterschelde through Havenkanaal. It proved impossible to relocate Betoncentrale Haringman. In 2010, the zoning plan was therefor annulled, resulting in necessary amendments to the plan.
